The Team

We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our People team in a fast‐paced, high‐growth consulting environment. This is a hands‐on role where you'll partner closely with senior leaders across multiple business units, supporting the full employee lifecycle and shaping a high‐performance, engaging culture.

Working alongside the HR Director and Senior HR Business Partners, you'll act as a trusted advisor to Managing Directors, Executive Directors, Senior Directors and Practice Leaders. You'll play a key role in building leadership capability, managing risk, and embedding scalable people practices as the business continues to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

* Partnering with senior leaders to align people priorities with business growth and performance
* Managing complex employee relations and performance matters, ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation
* Coaching leaders on performance, capability, and proactive people management
* Supporting cyclical performance, promotion and talent processes across business units
* Guiding leaders and employees on career pathways, development and promotion readiness
* Supporting onboarding and integration to accelerate time to productivity for new hires and incoming leaders
* Monitoring engagement and early tenure trends, and driving retention and wellbeing initiatives
* Contributing to succession planning, talent pipelines and capability development
* Supporting probation management processes and individual employment matters as required

What You Bring

* Proven HR business partnering experience, ideally within consulting or professional or financial services
* Strong, hands‐on experience managing complex ER and performance matters
* Deep understanding of Australian employment legislation
* A track record of influencing and coaching senior leaders in high‐pressure environments
* Confidence operating autonomously while collaborating closely with a broader People Team
