We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to take charge of our well‑established tyre and mechanical shop. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll drive performance, support your team, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service.

About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑volume tyre and mechanical workshop. You'll lead a professional team, manage workflow, maintain safety and compliance, and ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
Your focus will be on:
* Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
* Ensuring exceptional customer service and workshop performance
* Managing daily operations, scheduling, and workflow
* Overseeing sales performance and business growth
* Maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Strong leadership and people‑management skills
* Experience in a tyre, mechanical, or automotive workshop environment
* A minimum of 2-4 years of management experience
* A proactive, hands-on approach
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to manage pressure, deadlines, and competing priorities
* Solid understanding of tyre fitting, wheel alignment, and workshop operations
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confidence using Costar or similar systems (training provided if needed)
* Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship
