**About the Company**

Our client is a global organisation operating in seven sites across Australia and offering an unrivalled portfolio of services.

Reporting to the Head of Key Account Managers, you will join a team of professionals in their freight forwarding division. You will be responsible for but not limited to:
**About the role**
- Maintain and develop Key Accounts
- Identify development opportunities with Key Accounts
- Responsible for Budget, Forecast and financial performance of Key Accounts
- Point of escalation for operational performance for Key Accounts
- Regular reviews with operations, local and global stakeholders, on the performance and development of Key Accounts
- Perform Monthly and Quarterly reviews with clients
- Conduct presentations on and off site with Key Accounts
- Utilise reporting tools, dashboards, CRM and MS Office to extract data and prepare reporting for Key Accounts
- Support the Implementation of new business
- Collaborate with Global and Regional teams
- Guide and support sales and customer service teams to ensure Key Customer SLA's are met and exceeded

**About you**
- Previous experience in a similar role managing high value accounts
- Ability to drive internal compliance and establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Commercially minded with an understanding of operational procedures
- Ability to review and report on KPI's
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
- Results focused and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
