The Role:
An exciting and rare opportunity has come up for a
Marketing Executive to join their team. The role will see you responsible for assisting the National Marketing Manager in rolling out campaigns, events, and activations across the Victorian Portfolio of Shopping Centres.
Develop and execute campaigns, events, and activations to drive sales, visitation, and community engagement
Manage campaign budgets
Engaging with retailers, community groups and organisations, and local councils
Manage all social media content creation and community engagement
Working alongside the National Marketing Manager in identifying internal and external retail trends including centre sales and traffic, customer, competitor, and industry analysis
Proven experience in a Marketing role, preferably property
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Time management and project management skills
Willingness to be 'hands-on' and work independently
