Your New Role
As a Registered Nurse with BaptistCare Home Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to clients living at home. Your key responsibilities will be:
* Delivering Clinical Care: Ensure care aligns with aged care quality standards while promoting independence, safety, and an improved quality of life.
* Conducting Comprehensive Assessments and Regular Reviews: Monitor clients' health and report outcomes to Senior Nurse Consultant.
* Care Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement individualised care plans.
* Advocating for Clients: Support clients' needs and preferences.
* Providing Health Education: Educate clients on healthy living and disease prevention.
* Monitoring Health and Reporting Outcomes: Track clients' progress and report to relevant stakeholders.
* Networking and Promoting BaptistCare Services: Engage with local community and promote BaptistCare services.
Working Hours and Benefits
This position is full-time, 38 hours per week. You will have a wide travel radius, and travel will be reimbursed as per the BaptistCare NSW and ACT Aged Care Enterprise Agreement. You will also enjoy:

What We Need from You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Registered Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registration
* Minimum of 12 months clinical experience in acute or aged care sector
* Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence with minimum Third-Party Damage Insurance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate level of computer skills
* Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
* An understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity
