Responsibilities

* Provide practical HR advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and workplace matters
* Manage employee relations cases including performance issues, disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
* Coach managers on handling people-related matters and improving team effectiveness
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR systems
* Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, variation letters, and disciplinary outcomes
* Manage onboarding, probation tracking, and offboarding processes end-to-end
* Ensure all HR documentation is compliant, consistent, and audit-ready
* Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries and provide timely resolutions
* Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the business
* Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and templates
* Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and workflows
* Support internal audits and ensure HR compliance requirements are met
* Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
* Contribute to organisational change initiatives such as restructures and workforce planning

Requirements

* 2–4 years' experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role with strong operational exposure
* Hands-on experience with HR administration, documentation, and systems
* Proven ability to manage employee relations matters independently
* Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to balance advisory and administrative responsibilities effectively
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field
* Confidentiality and professionalism
