About the Role
A great opportunity exists for a reliable and enthusiastic individual with a 'can-do' attitude to join our Newman team as a Branch Administrator.
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to: -
* Raising Purchase Orders
* Raising Service calls and allocating technicians
* Closing out work dockets
* Invoicing
* Assisting with payroll
* Developing and fostering close business relationships with all stakeholders
* Acting as the conduit between field-based staff and external clients including subcontractors
* Developing a sound knowledge and understanding of company processes to ensure clear and concise information is conveyed
* Maintaining accurate record management into the Sales/Pronto CRM system
* Providing quotations and company standardised pricing, when required
Previous experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business customers is a must. You will be technologically savvy, open to working with new systems/technology whilst demonstrating a history of meeting customer requirements in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to achieve deadlines with excellent time management skills
* Strong focus on delivering customer service excellence
* High level of written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (good understanding of Excel is essential)
* Pronto (or other ERP's) is desirable
