An exciting opportunity to work within a large, telecommunications/consulting organisation.
Your Role:
As the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Administrator, you will manage day to day operations to ensure platform stability and data accuracy. Your role bridges the gap between the CRM and the online store, providing technical support to keep the digital storefront performing.
Your Duties and Background:
* You will manage the health of the platform by overseeing user permissions, data audits, and system workflows.
* You will be active in storefront management by updating product listings and configuring promotions.
* You will monitor the vital data sync between systems.
* You will partner with the development team to assist in testing new features and documenting technical requirements.
* You will maintain page layouts and configurations.
* You will apply your existing SFCC experience to a fast‐paced retail environment.
Your Desirable Criteria:
Ideal experience and qualities within-
* Experience working within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including managing product listings, pricing updates, and storefront promotions.
* Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, and report building. Salesforce Associate or Admin certification is highly regarded.
* Comfortable learning and monitoring system integrations and troubleshooting how different platforms talk to each other.
* Ensure accuracy, catching the typos, duplicates, and data mismatches that others might overlook.
* Translate technical steps into easy‐to‐follow instructions for users and provide clear, concise notes to our development team.
