We are now seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join our team on a major $150 million Social Housing development on the Gold Coast. This role will be instrumental in driving commercial performance, providing leadership across procurement, financial control, and contract governance.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead full contract administration lifecycle including compliance, procurement, subcontractor negotiations and award recommendations
