Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
This role involves providing technical assistance to staff across various sites and locations. You will work closely with the Global Head of Technical Services and the Technical Services Manager to ensure seamless IT support.
The position requires a strong analytical skillset, allowing you to resolve complex issues under pressure. Excellent communication skills are essential for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all IT support queries are logged and prioritized according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, you will provide first and second-line IT support, working to industry standards and maintaining internal SLAs.
Your duties will include administering the phone system, user administration and support across Microsoft 365 products, remote desktop services, and Windows Server management.
Knowledge sharing and documentation are crucial aspects of this role, as you will promote best practices and update documentation in line with implemented changes.
