Key to a successful candidate for this role is the ability to effectively manage and coordinate customer service and logistics functions. Key responsibilities will include responding in a professional and timely manner to sales inquiries, utilizing an ERP system to enter and acknowledge customer orders and communicate with customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organisational and multi-tasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Main Responsibilities
* Respond in a professional and timely manner to sales enquiries
* Utilise an ERP system to enter and acknowledge customer orders and communicate with customers
* Prepare and send accurate quotations for parts and products upon request, liaise with internal teams on pricing and availability, and resolve customer issues
* Organize and schedule transport for customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery
* Maintain records, produce order/delivery reports, and perform general sales/logistics administration
About You
* Prior experience in customer service or sales support, ideally in manufacturing
* Experience organizing freight or transport logistics
* Strong communication, organisational and multi-tasking skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with high accuracy in data entry
