What you'll do:
* Lead the design of seasonal womenswear collections, from concept through to final samples.
* Collaborate closely with production, merchandising, and marketing to ensure designs are feasible and commercially viable.
* Research trends, fabrics, and prints to keep collections fresh, innovative, and brand-aligned.
What we're looking for:
* Solid experience in womenswear design, preferably in contemporary, classic, casual fashion.
* Strong technical knowledge, including garment construction, fabric, and fit.
* A portfolio that demonstrates commercial awareness.
