About the Role
This is a senior-level position responsible for leading a team of HR professionals who provide a positive experience through all aspects of the employee journey. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organisation's culture and ensuring it remains inclusive and supportive of diverse backgrounds.
The Ideal Candidate
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or business management
* Experience leading and delivering people and culture services
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation, regulation and WHS requirements
* Highly developed communication and conflict management skills
* Demonstrated experience with implementation and management of HR information systems
