Multi-Residential & Hospitality | Concept to Delivery | Design-Led Practice
Join FK – Where Design Shapes a Better Future
At FK, we believe in the power of design to shape places, communities, and experiences. With studios in Melbourne, Sydney, and across Australia, we bring together creative thinkers, strategic minds, and technical experts to deliver meaningful design outcomes that combine creativity, purpose, and integrity.
We're now seeking talented, design-focused Interior Designers to join our Sydney studio. This is an opportunity to lead projects from concept through to delivery across the multi-residential and hospitality sectors, while contributing to a collaborative and design-led studio culture.
About the Role
As an FK Interior Designer, you'll be involved in every stage of a project—from the first sketch through to on‑site delivery. You'll lead design direction, documentation, and client engagement, working with a supportive team of architects, associates, and fellow designers.
This is a role for designers who thrive on creating purposeful interiors, balancing creativity with technical rigour, and who want to see their ideas come to life in built form.
What You'll Do
* Lead the design and delivery of multi-residential and hospitality projects, upholding design integrity from concept to completion.
* Develop and communicate design concepts, presentations, and documentation packages.
* Manage project programs, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with project leaders and consultants.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
* Mentor and support junior designers, contributing to a culture of shared knowledge and growth.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as an Interior Designer with strong design capability and delivery skills.
* A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, design excellence, and sector‑specific experience in multi‑residential and hospitality projects.
* Strong proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design software.
* Excellent documentation, detailing, and technical coordination skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
* A collaborative mindset and passion for high‑quality, purposeful design.
