**Your new role**
- Full-function end-to-end AP (Checking, verifying and processing invoices)
- Processing dealer payments and AUD payments in SAP AR3/Pentana
- Performing reconciliation and reporting
- Mailbox management and responding to queries
- Assisting with End of Month and End of Financial Year activities
- Other ad-hoc duties related to the role to assist the wider Accounts Payable team
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- High level of computer literacy specifically Excel and Word (SAP experience is highly beneficial)
- High level of time-management and communication skills
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively but also complete tasks individually
