$100,000 – $105,000 per year incl. super
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our Melbourne based finance team (Sydney based applicants also considered).
You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers, playing a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivables
* Admin of budget management software
* Fortnightly payroll of office staff and casual guides across all states and relevant statutory requirements
* Prepayment and accrual schedules
* Fixed asset registers, vehicle lease liabilities
* Produce monthly profit & loss statement and balance sheet for executive team, along with all required supplementary reports.
* Assist in preparation of workpapers and reconciliations for external accountants in relation to income tax returns.
About You
* Ability to work autonomously, within a supportive environment
* Proven experience in a senior financial reporting role, ideally within a multi-entity environment
* Confidence to liaise with senior management and executive team
* Experience with payroll processing and Xero accounting system
* High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
* Ability to manage deadlines across daily, weekly and monthly cycles
* A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
