QLD Forklifts is the leading specialist material handling supplier based in Luscombe on the Northern Gold Coast.

We specialise in all aspects of Forklift Rental both long and short term, Equipment Sales and Customer Service and Repairs.

Due to our ongoing success, we are currently on the look out for a highly motivated and passionate team player to join our team in Rental Operations Team.

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as the go-to expert for our valued customers’ short-term rental needs! Based at our vibrant Luscombe branch and reporting to the Rental Manager, this exciting role places you at the heart of a rapid-paced, high-energy environment. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships while coordinating rental activities and managing key administrative tasks with confidence and efficiency.

In addition to supporting day-to-day rental operations, you’ll also be out on the road, conducting customer and site visits to maintain trusted partnerships and identify exciting new business opportunities. Duties

- Managing customer enquires and action requests
- Customer and site visits to maintain existing relationships and develop recent business opportunities
- Generating rental and transport quotes
- General administration duties including generating hire agreements, purchase orders.
- Organising and coordinating Transport
- After hours phone support
- Asset management and procurement.
- Increase brand awareness within the community including social media

Qualifications

- Sales experience working towards sales targets and KPIs (within Hire Industry advantageous)
- Ability to work autonomously, to manage own time and prioritise demands in a dynamic environment
- Customer focused with Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Administration skills including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- High level organisational skills
- The ability to work well and independently under pressure
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to follow processes and procedures
- Insphire experience is desirable but not essential
- Technical/mechancial knowledge is welcomed, but not required
- Australian Drivers Licence required
