You will also contribute your knowledge and expertise to support Employsure's seminar service, providing technical information to existing and potential clients across a range of ER topics.

**Key accountabilities.**
- Conduct in person and zoom meetings with our clients to guide them through grievances, performance management and misconduct
- Conduct seminars and other marketing opportunities, collaborating with other departments such as events and sales to deliver relevant information to SME's
- Complete additional reporting as needed around the client meetings
**The right person will have**:
- 3 years’ experience in an HR/ER advisory or consultancy role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally have had previous experience with facilitating employee management meetings
- Ability to work autonomously
- Own car and driver’s licence
