**Position Details**:
Job Title: Special Needs Teacher
**Salary**: $30-32 per hour plus superannuation
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 11:30 am
Location: Sunshine
Immediate start
**Requirements**:
Possession of a language/allied health/education/special needs certificate/degree or currently pursuing one
Genuine passion and empathy for teaching and working with special needs students
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create engaging and individualized lesson plans
Valid police check and work with children check
Other necessary documents will be discussed during the interview process
**Responsibilities**:
Providing instruction in basic numeracy and literacy skills
Provide personalised instruction to special needs students, fostering a positive learning environment
Develop and implement creative lesson plans tailored to the unique needs of students
Collaborate with a team of support workers and professionals to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
