This is a unique opportunity to step into a role that drives the Knowledge function of our firm, with links to business development, learning and operations. We are looking for someone with broad experience in employment, industrial relations and safety law to support our Director of Markets and Knowledge with the operational execution of the Firm's internal Knowledge function and the promotion of the Kingston Reid brand in the marketplace.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Markets and Knowledge as well as our high achieving, national team of partners and lawyers. Through your career at Kingston Reid, you will be guided and mentored with the opportunity to grow and develop your career.
Responsibilities
As Knowledge Counsel, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* undertaking research and identifying relevant knowledge updates for internal communication;
* supporting the development (and maintenance) of a comprehensive work product and precedents strategy, drawing on the firm's utilisation of new generative AI products;
* providing support to all fee earners and informal mentoring for early career lawyers;
* consulting with the Learning team to develop internal learning and development offerings;
* managing legal product subscriptions (including AI product subscriptions) and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders;
* provide assistance with various projects, working with vendors and providing project support and coordination;
* working with partners and lawyers to generate high quality content for market-facing outputs and provide editorial support through to finalisation of market-facing knowledge outputs.
Skills & experience we're looking for
* At least 6 years' post-admission experience
* Experience in employment, industrial relations and/or safety & regulatory law
* Superior client service and presentation skills
* An organised and proactive approach
* A willingness to learn and stay curious
* An open and enthusiastic mindset
