Why this role?
As a Senior Customer Acquisition Account Executive APJ, you’ll play a key role in shaping how modern organizations build and secure software at scale. You'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team within the APJ Sales organization and help drive our mission to embed security into every part of the AI-native development lifecycle. This is a critical role responsible for scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in the Developer Security space.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the end-to-end sales and success cycle for prospective customers who are focused on Digital Transformation in the APJ territory.
- Prospect and generate net new pipeline by identifying and connecting with prospects in accounts that match our ideal customer profile.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, resellers, and technology partners throughout the APJ territory.
- Run the pre-sales cycle with a focus on medium to large businesses for prospective customers.
- Build solid relationships with key customer stakeholders in DevSecOps, Development, and Digital Transformation teams.
- Contribute to the iterative improvement of our sales process, tone, approach, and internal tooling for efficient work.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of closing experience selling a technical product.
- Experience identifying target accounts and generating pipeline through outbound activity.
- An understanding of the software developer lifecycle and the ability to articulate how a developer tooling product might fit in.
- Experience working within both short and long sales cycles.
- Self-motivation and determination with a drive to exceed your quota in fast-paced environments.
- The desire to join a high-growth startup environment.
