About the Role:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, person-centred care in our community health services. You will:
* Deliver safe, effective care that meets the needs of patients and their families/carers.
* Advocate for patients and support them to make informed decisions about their health.
* Make referrals and provide guidance on discharge planning.
* Supervise, mentor, and support ENs, AINs, and students on placement.
* Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in patient status, delegating care appropriately within scope of practice.
About You:
* Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Strong commitment to person-centred care and patient advocacy.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to supervise, mentor, and guide junior staff and students.
