* Oversee bookkeeping, finance staff, and compliance.
* Build commercial discipline around margins and profitability.
People Leadership:
* Lead, coach, and support a globally distributed team.
* Build a culture of accountability, clarity, communication, and high performance.
* Establish rhythms for reporting, metrics, and cross-team alignment.
Process Improvement:
* Improve internal systems and drive automation, efficiency gains.
* Oversee technology and data science workflows.
Growth Enablement:
* Oversee sales processes, onboarding, and cross-functional funnels.
* Support marketing, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
* Ensure operational readiness for rapid growth.
As a COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the organization, ensuring that they align with the company's overall strategy and goals. You will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement operational plans, as well as oversee the management of financial resources, human resources, and other key areas of the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in leading teams and implementing process improvements.
