About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Network Support Engineer to take on complex technical challenges, provide advanced configurations, and act as a trusted technology advisor for our customers.
You'll resolve escalated Level 2/3 Network issues, lead customer onboarding, conduct infrastructure reviews, and mentor junior engineers — all while helping shape their clients' long-term IT strategies.
This is more than just fixing problems — it's about delivering strategic, lasting solutions that make a real impact.
Responsibilities
* Resolve complex Level 2/3 escalations across networking, firewalls, switches and routers
* Perform deep-dive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Administer helpdesk and ticketing systems for optimal performance.
* Lead smooth technical onboarding for new customers.
* Mentor and upskill junior engineers through training and knowledge sharing.
* Conduct proactive infrastructure reviews and provide strategic IT recommendations.
* Build trusted relationships with customers as their go-to technical advisor.
About You
* Proven experience in IT support, service desk, or MSP environments.
* Advanced technical knowledge in:
* Networking & Firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, VLANs, routing, firewall rules and SD-WAN (Cisco or Viptela))
* Cloud (Azure, AWS)
* Backup & DR solutions
* Security (endpoint protection, VPNs)
* Proven experience with and ticketing systems.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex tech in plain language.
* A proactive, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail.
