Job Description:
Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific is a hotel that combines relaxed coastal energy with the sophistication of a premium resort. We are seeking a Brand Experience Manager to lead our end-to-end marketing function, driving digital performance across SEO, paid search, social media, and web conversion.
The successful candidate will guide a small but dynamic marketing team and collaborate closely with sales, revenue, and operations leaders to bring our brand to life across every channel and venue. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the annual marketing plan, managing public relations, media engagement, and influencer partnerships, as well as analysing trends and managing marketing budgets.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a degree in Marketing or a related field and at least 3 years' experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably within hospitality or tourism. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and conversion optimisation is essential. A collaborative, positive approach and excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills are also required.
