This role sits at the front end of the customer journey, responsible for generating new builder opportunities, managing trials, and converting those trials into long-term BuildCam deployments. You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint across small and medium-sized residential builders while contributing to the overall growth of the division.Working closely with the General Manager – BuildCam, you will build a strong understanding of the platform, customer journey, and sales process before taking ownership of your own portfolio of builders.This is a growth role, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and is motivated by building relationships, driving adoption, and delivering commercial outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead generation and opportunity managementTrial management and conversionBuilder relationship managementCamera deployment growth across customer sitesInternal collaboration with the BuildCam teamRegular travel (local and interstate)About You You have experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
