Your role will include:
* Onsite support across a variety of workplaces, delivering proactive, face-to-face services
* Injury prevention strategies using the latest equipment and tech
* Early intervention, minor triage, and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries
* Functional, pre-employment, and worksite assessments
* Risk assessments and practical solutions to reduce injury
* Return-to-work planning and support for injured workers
* Health, stress and wellbeing education and guidance
* Building strong relationships with workers, managers and stakeholders
What we are looking for:
* Qualified Exercise Physiologist (ESSA) or Physiotherapist (AHPRA)
* 1+ year experience in the onsite injury prevention sector
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, relationship-first approach
* Valid driver’s licence and vehicle
