Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our front office team. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Your primary focus will be on the arrival and departure experience of our guests, including check-in and check-out, up-selling, problem resolution, answering phone calls, and providing guest recognition.
You will also be responsible for taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings, making the check-in and check-out process swift and seamless, and staying one step ahead of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations.
