As a Cleaning Support Worker, you will have a crucial role in providing domestic services for our residents. Your main duties will include: Cleaning tasks are completed according to routine and project cleaning schedulesCleaning tasks are completed according to infection control and occupational health and safety requirements including the safe storage and use of cleaning chemicalsWork in accordance with the mission and vision of Calvary and actively participate in developing a culture that promotes Calvary's values of healing, hospitality, stewardship and respect.
About You
Cleaning experience in residential aged care is desirableA passion for working in Aged Care and a sound understanding of the sectorA strong attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skillsA desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation About You Effective interpersonal communication; both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to prioritise workloadsCommitment to continuous quality improvementWorking knowledge of WH&S and Infection ControlExperience in cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming and dustingKnowledge and experience in safe chemical handling ( Desirable)Experience in Aged Care (Desirable) For further information please contact Zee Cochrane on or email
