Overview
A Federal Government department is seeking an experienced ICT Change Manager to oversee and manage technology changes across enterprise systems and platforms. The role focuses on ensuring changes to IT systems are properly assessed, approved, implemented and reviewed, while maintaining service stability and aligning with IT governance and service management frameworks.

* Location: Canberra ACT (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
* Clearance: Baseline
* Full-Time: $175,000 + Super
* Start: May 2026
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end IT Change Management process in line with ITIL practices
* Review and assess Requests for Change (RFCs)
* Lead and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
* Conduct impact and risk assessments for planned changesEnsure appropriate documentation, testing and rollback plans are in place
* Track and report change management metrics
* Ensure compliance with security, regulatory and audit requirements
* Continuously improve change management processes and policies
Essential Experience
* Experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE / CRM) environments
* Strong understanding of Dataverse configuration including tables, forms, relationships, business rules and security roles
* Experience supporting Dataverse customisations including plugins, workflows and JavaScript integrations
* Understanding of solution management and ALM concepts within Dynamics environments
* Experience with Power Automate and Power Pages
* Experience across Azure integration technologies including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Data Factory, Key Vault and API Management
Desirable Experience
* Data migration and dataflows
* SharePoint integrations
* PCF component development
* Custom Dynamics plug‐in development
* Experience with ISV tools such as KingswaySoft or DocumentCorePack
* Integration with finance or geospatial systems
Additional Requirements
* Experience within IT Service Management or IT Operations environments
* Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
* Ability to obtain Baseline security clearance
