Pool Envy is a locally owned, award-winning pool company based in Ethelton. We're passionate about helping our customers maintain clean, clear, and healthy pool and spa water. Through friendly service, expert advice, and product education, we make it easy for families to enjoy their pools with confidence all year round. As we head into the busy season, we're looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.
The Role
This is a casual position with flexible hours, including some Saturdays. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with everything from water testing and product advice to keeping the store running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and product advice in-store
* Carry out pool water testing and recommend appropriate solutions
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment
* Assist with stock management, displays, and merchandising
* Answer phone calls and direct enquiries as required
What We're Looking For
* Retail or customer service experience (previous pool shop experience preferred but not essential)
* Friendly, approachable, and eager to help customers
* Comfortable learning about pool products (full training provided)
* Reliable and able to work both independently and in a team
* Availability to work weekends & School holidays during peak season
* Must be able to lift up to 25kg
* Great personal presentation
