Overview
Paradise Resort Gold Coast are on the lookout for a talented and friendly Reservations Sales Agent.
This is a role within our Reservations team to provide our guests with exceptional service.
The successful candidate will thrive in a agile team environment and loves building rapport with our guests.
Responsibilities
- Passionate about exceptional customer service
- Utilising upselling techniques to drive bookings
- Resolving guest complaints and concerns
- Provide a prompt response to all guest enquiries and requests, communicating relevant information to other departments where necessary
- Possess the ability to handle the pressure of a very busy Resort, whilst having the confidence to make decisions and prioritise tasks
- Maintaining professionalism & accuracy with information during reservation
- Confident, supportive & ambitious team player
- Ability to work a rotating roster, weekdays, weekends and public holidays
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service & sales (highly desirable)
- Experience working with a property management system or booking platform
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to all guests
