They create a memorable experience for customers on delivery day and act as Tesla's front line and brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
As a Tesla Advisor, you will support customers from their first visit to our showrooms to their delivery day. You will help deliver an innovative buying and delivery experience for one of the most advanced vehicles ever made.

What You'll Do
1. Engage walk-in guests promptly, personally, and warmly to open conversations and make them feel welcome.
2. Educate prospective customers and current owners through calls, emails, texts, and outbound events about Tesla’s products and answer questions.
3. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information, scheduling, and co-piloting test drives for interested individuals.
4. Contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting and exceeding KPIs.
5. Execute sales and delivery operations proficiently, consistently delivering a strong client experience with minimal guidance.
6. Present, sell, and support the delivery and installation of the Tesla ecosystem.
7. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales, delivery, and ownership process.
8. Be the primary contact for all customer interactions during their purchase experience.
9. Educate customers on all details of the purchase and delivery journey from initial contact to delivery day.
10. Ensure vehicle readiness for delivery appointments.
11. Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations tailored to each customer's needs and comfort levels.
12. Handle trade-ins and documentation on delivery day.
13. Perform Tesla Direct deliveries from Delivery Centres to customer homes when required.
14. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to meet business goals.

6. Mastery of Tesla products and services, and awareness of EV industry trends and incentives.
7. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
8. A valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of clean driving record.
9. Ability to obtain necessary state licensing, if applicable.
