The Opportunity:

Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing paid social campaigns for a portfolio of DTC brands in beauty, fashion, homewares, and health & wellness, both in Australia and globally. You\'ll work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional results for clients helping them to grow and scale their businesses.
Working at Evocative Media you\'ll get a chance to work on some of the best and most exciting accounts. As an agency, we\'ve had the privilege of working with incredible brands like Lorna Jane, DISSH, Hairhouse, Naked Harvest, Aje Athletica, Price Attack, Loving Tan, Billini, to name a few.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end paid social advertising campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
Oversee multiple ad accounts and manage a variety of campaign budgets effectively
Continuously monitor, manage, and optimise campaigns to maximise performance
Identify new opportunities to enhance campaign strategy and overall results
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure paid social campaigns are aligned with other marketing channels such as Google Ads and Email Marketing
Clearly communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders
Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to drive ongoing improvements
Your Skills and Experience:
3+ years of social media advertising experience
Confident managing at least $500/day in ad spend
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts (5+ accounts at a time) and deliver strong results
Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
Experience running Google Ads for eComm brands is a bonus
Strong skills in using tools like Lucid Charts, Motion, Triple Whale, Supermetrics and/or Google Sheets for planning and reporting
Highly organised with strong time management, attention to detail and project planning skills
Thrive in client-facing roles, confidently communicating strategy, performance, and recommendations
Proactive and self-driven, able to find solutions independently while collaborating closely with a supportive team
Eager to grow professionally with access to mentorship, industry-leading training, and the chance to help shape the future of retention marketing
A genuine passion for growing eCommerce brands
You Must
Reside in Australia and work within AEDT timezone.
