An exciting opportunity has become available for anEnergy Project Coordinator (EPC).
As Energy Project Coordinator, you will own and deliver the end-to-end process of customer-initiated projects, ensuring time, budget and quality meet our customers' expectations and compliance standards.
You will deliver strong customer service and strong stakeholder management with customers and community representatives (authorities, council members, and emergency services) to ensure an effective energy supply or generation capability for our customers.
Using your knowledge on our diverse services, you will be adaptive, solutions-focused, engaged, and eager to enable 'EnergyConnect' and various communication tools to continuously improve our customers' experience.
With a hybrid split (Office/WFH), this role can be based out from either our Traralgon or Beaconsfield depot and we're happy to discuss this with candidates. The role is part of our Energy Projects team within our Distribution line of business.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
* Liaise and coordinate with Design / Drafting / Surveying to obtain detailed construction plans for energy system infrastructure, including overhead and underground distribution systems, and distribution substations
* Provide general and technical support to resolve customer enquiries efficiently
* Complete the range of customer project related activities utilizing tools such as SAP, including preparation and execution of contracts for connection works, estimation of projects, A-P development, construction file preparation and close out
You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:
* Experience in an energy distribution network
* A background in training electrical power systems
* Suitable to experience electrical trade background (Lineworker, Electrician or Licensed Electrical Inspector) looking for an alternate career path
* Excellent customer service skills – a customer advocate who is professional, responsive and informative
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills to proactively engage with customers and key stakeholders, with limited assistance
* Demonstrated experience in Project Coordination and Project Management
* Advanced Diploma in Electrical Power systems or similar
