Position: Store Manager - Springfield
Role: The Store Manager plays a key role in the store's success and is responsible for the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
1. Maximising sales
2. Staff management
3. Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
4. Ensuring compliance with company standards and policies
5. Providing excellent customer service during peak times and weekends
6. Fitting and serving customers
7. Processing sales
8. Maintaining merchandise standards
9. Adhering to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
* Customer service experience, preferably in retail
* Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager seeking advancement
* Excellent communication skills with all ages and backgrounds
* Availability to work weekends and peak periods in December and January
