Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Operational Management Manager, the successful candidate will be:
Responsible for the effectivesupervision of various compliances from different Operations and Maintenancegroups;
Responsiblefor ensuring O&M groups targets are monitored, recorded, and reported tothe O&M Management in prescribed periods and timeline;
Responsible for the effectivesupervision in the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management and othermanagement systems in O&M groups;
Responsiblein representing O&M to various offices and agencies regarding operationmatters as well as facilitation of various required compliances.
Technical Performance andTechnical Compliance Management: Ensure TechnicalPerformance, compliances to standards, management policies and technicalrequirements are met.
Risk Management: Development,review, and update of O&M risk registers, building blocks, risk managementplans and business continuity plans.
Audit and Compliances : Monitorand ensure compliances to various audit and regulatory requirements of O&M.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
* Registered Electrical Engineer
* Knowledge in Power Engineering and Industry Standards and practices
* Knowledge in Philipine Grid particulars and circumstances
* Knowledge in Risk Management and Business Continuity Management
* Proficient in computer data analytics and related applications
* Proficient in computer-aided engineering applications
