Job Overview
The successful applicant will be someone who aspires to one day be a Residential Manager, has superior communication skills, and highly developed clinical skills with a passion for the delivery of exceptional care to residents. With a passion for resident care and delivering high standards of customer‐focused service, you will have exceptional communication skills and be capable of working in a fast‐paced environment. You will bring a capacity to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals and care workers and act as a passionate mentor to your team, as this role will be in charge when the Residential Manager is off site or on leave.
Skills and Requirements for This Role
* Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience in either a Clinical Manager or Quality Manager role
* Minimum 5 years in a leadership role that involves people management
* Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Act, accreditation requirements and AN‐ACC
* Highly developed supervision/leadership/management experience in aged care, preferably in a residential setting
* Excellent people management, relationship building and negotiation skills
* Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
* Police Check (within 12 months)
