Key Responsibilities: Developing comprehensive test plans and strategies, setting objectives, scope, and resource requirements Developing the test cases and scripts Overseeing the execution of test cases, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and effectively Tracking and managing defects, coordinating with development teams to resolve issues, and ensuring that defects are retested Providing regular status reports on testing activities, progress, and any issues encountered. Documenting test results and creating detailed test reports. Identifying potential risks in the testing process and implementing mitigation strategies Communicating with project stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and clients, to ensure that testing requirements are understood and met Creating engaging and informative training content, including presentations, manuals, e[1]learning courses, and other instructional materials. Specifically around the procurement process and Concur Facilitating and delivering training sessions, both in-person and virtually Providing first-line support to users encountering issues with the ERP system, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical and functional issues related to SAP Continuously monitoring the ERP system to ensure stable and reliable operations, and proactively identifying potential issues Desired Skills & Experience: Recent SAP S/4 Systems implementation experience Experience in driving the testing strategy and plan for a SAP implementation Previous experience in training users with the procurement & Concur processes Hypercare support experience post go live Ability to take a risk-based approach to problem solving, whilst achieving project outcomes Experience in a fast-paced growth environment Experience in a range of ERPs (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) This is an onsite position.
