Business Development Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in the APAC region. As a key member of our Hospitality Sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for the sales department.
You will be the first point of contact in the sales process for potential customers, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will work closely with our Account Executive team to book demonstrations of our platforms for ideal prospective customers.
To succeed in this position, you will need experience in sales or call centre environments, excellent customer service and telephone skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, a bias toward action, and the ability to pivot when required to meet business needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities through telephone, email, and in-person communication
* Engaging and qualifying new leads through various channels (phone, email, text, social media, etc)
* Collaborating with the Marketing/Sales team to develop new strategies for growth in the sales pipeline
