About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will provide Level 2 technical phone support for field technicians working on Fixed Wireless and Satellite services.

* Resolve customer connection and assurance issues
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in a technical customer support position, including one year in telecommunications
* A strong understanding of Fixed Wireless and Satellite technologies
* The ability to navigate complex systems and interpret data across multiple platforms
* Experience with systems such as Service Portal, ITSM, Remedy, Splunk, and Via Sat
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* The ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-demand tasks in dynamic environments
