Practice Administrator Role
The Practice Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting our Corporate M&A team in Sydney. This dynamic opportunity is designed for a driven and proactive individual who can work effectively within a hybrid environment.
This role is primarily office-based, however, the flexibility to work remotely one day per week is available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative support to Partners and the wider team;
* Drafting, reviewing and preparing correspondence/documentation;
* Managing all incoming correspondence;
* File management;
* Organising meetings, restaurant reservations and travel bookings;
* Manipulation of complex documents;
* General accounts, reporting and monthly billing;
* Support with business development activities.
Requirements:
* A minimum 12 months' experience in a legal secretarial position;
* Strong technical skills (MS Word, document management system, typing);
* A proactive approach to responsibilities and a drive to improve processes;
* A flexible and highly professional approach, working around the needs of the practice and internal/external stakeholders;
* The ability to anticipate Partner needs;
* A professional approach prioritising effective working relationships.
