Job Description
* Provide generalist administrative support to your team.
* Manage team travel bookings and corporate hospitality.
* Coordinate internal and external events.
* Manage corporate event bookings, including catering, guest attendance, and liaising with stakeholders.
* Monitor and respond to the events team inbox and inquiries.
* Source and compile content for internal newsletters and announcements.
* Upload and manage content on internal platforms.
* Support senior management with content and engagement initiatives.
* Liaise with external personnel for event support.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience with communications and events teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confidence in liaising with stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* High confidentiality and professionalism.
* Flexible working hours.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva experience is a plus.
* Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents.
* Police clearance required.
