We are seeking Support Workers who are passionate about providing personalised support to older individuals and helping them achieve their goals.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Support Worker, working with our customers in their own homes or local communities. Your role will involve:
* Providing assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care, domestic duties, and activity support.
* Fostering a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and community engagement.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
Your expertise and experience will enable you to make a real difference in the lives of our customers, helping them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent qualification.
* Current First Aid Certificate, including CPR.
* Current Police Check suitable for working as a Support Worker in Aged Care.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will also need to be willing to travel between customers' homes and attend site-based training sessions.
