As a Front Office Coordinator, you will the crucial first point of contact for our patients and part of a team all working together to achieve the best outcomes for our patients. The work is fast-paced and varied and would suit a friendly and efficient person.
Your responsibilities will include building rapport with patients, scheduling appointments, processing payments and banking, managing patient recall and reminders, book-keeping, rostering as well as providing general administrative and secretarial support to clinical staff. Your role will require a high degree of responsibility and initiative.
Your role as a dental assistant will be helping our dentists to communicate our vision and Treatment Plan options to patients. Your will be required to write notes and organise financials as appropriate. Sterilise equipment and instruments to a high standard.
If you already have customer service experience and strong communication skills, that would be a great advantage as this role is very much people-focused. Knowledge of office administration and proficiency with Excel and Word would be ideal. A positive attitude is essential as well as an ability to handle more than one duty at a time. Further training will also be provided.
