As a Skills Assessment Administrator, you will sit within the National Recruitment Administration team, and you will play a crucial role in supporting the BKSB process for candidates joining the Australian Defence Force (ADF). You will be responsible for coordinating and administering BKSB activities, ensuring accurate documentation, scheduling, and communication throughout the process.

Job Description
Your role involves maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, collaborating closely with team members and ADF stakeholders, while providing administrative support to facilitate a smooth and efficient process for candidates needing to complete BKSB to progress to a target. With a focus on attention to detail and organisational efficiency, you contribute to the successful recruitment and onboarding of ADF personnel, upholding the integrity and professionalism of enlistment operations
You will:
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BKSB processes, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Coordinate BKSB appointments, testing links, assessments, and other activities, ensuring timely scheduling and communication with candidates and stakeholders.
* Provide administrative support to candidates throughout the BKSB process, answering inquiries, providing information, and guiding them through required procedures.
* Ensure adherence to BKSB procedures, regulatory requirements, and organisational policies to maintain integrity and consistency in enlistment operations.
* Enter BKSB data accurately into databases or systems, generate reports, and maintain BKSB records for tracking and reporting purposes.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, ADF personnel, and external stakeholders regarding, status updates, and coordination efforts.
* Conduct quality checks on Candidate documentation and processes relating to BKSB to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.
* Identify opportunities to streamline BKSB processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the candidate experience through administrative solutions.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of BKSB process documentation, guidelines, and training materials for team members and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Senior BKSB Administrator, Administration Team Leader, recruitment teams, and other stakeholders to support overall enlistment objectives, contribute to a positive team environment, and ensure cohesive operations.
* Translate technical requirements into business outcomes and design comprehensive business implementation plans.
* Maintain high service levels to strengthen client relationships, meeting or exceeding Defence and contract expectations.
