We are looking for a full-time skilled Butcher to join our team at DBMC.
You will play a key role in the production and processing of our high-quality meat products.
Job responsibilities
Butchering, cutting, and preparing meat according to company standards and customer specifications
Selecting appropriate meat cuts for the various stages of jerky processing
Operating various machinery and equipment to efficiently process meat products
Preparing and applying marinades, dry rubs, spices, and curing mixes following established recipes for jerky production
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards
Collaborating with the production team to maintain smooth and efficient operations
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Butcher, preferably in meat processing.
Strong knowledge of meat-cutting techniques and the ability to work with a variety of meat products.

Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
Salary: $76,000-$77,000
