SalesReps Australia is looking for highly organised and proactive Team Performance Managers to support and manage national remote sales teams.
This is a practical, hands-on role — not a high-level corporate leadership position.
You will be the key link between Clients and the sales team, ensuring communication is clear, priorities are actioned quickly, performance is monitored closely and the team has the support needed to deliver strong results.

📋 About the Role
You will:
• Manage team performance against Client KPIs
• Coach and support remote team members daily
• Review CRM activity, reporting and sales data
• Respond quickly to team questions and operational issues
• Communicate Client priorities clearly to the team
• Keep Clients informed and confident in team performance
• Follow through on requests, tasks and action items
• Manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
This role involves both people leadership and daily operational administration.
You must enjoy being hands-on, highly organised and responsive.

Ideally you will have:
• Experience managing people or teams

• Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Confidence managing performance and activity metrics
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
Experience in sales, retail, pharmacy, field teams or operational environments will be highly regarded.
