What You'll Be Doing
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and annual brand plans that deliver business growth and strengthen brand equity
Manage and grow a diverse product portfolio, identifying new opportunities and launching products that excite customers and drive future success
Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver measurable results
Analyse consumer insights, market trends, and sales data to inform decision-making and maximise brand performance
Build strong relationships with key customers, agency partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and brand consistency
Work alongside the Integrated Campaign Manager in executing communication strategies and sponsorship programs
Operate within a small, agile business and collaborate with operational areas including the onsite factory in Boronia

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing and experience in brand management within consumer-driven brands
Previous marketing experience within a high-volume FMCG environment
Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding of brand drivers
Experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies across diverse communication channels
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence and work collaboratively across teams
Experience managing new product development (NPD) projects, including stage-gate methodologies
Strategic thinking, insight generation, brand planning, and customer focus
