We're looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive person to join our team as a Customer Service & Warranty Coordinator. This is a fast-paced role with real responsibility, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll play a key role in creating a great customer experience while helping manage warranty claims, customer enquiries, and day-to-day support operations.

* Experience in customer service, admin, eCommerce, or warranty handling is desirable, but not essential
What You'll Be Doing
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and SMS
* Assisting customers with warranty claims and product support
* Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers regarding warranty outcomes
* Helping resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
* Following up customers and keeping them informed throughout the process
* Assisting with general admin and customer service operations
* Supporting the team to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Offer
* $70,000–$80,000 base salary + super (based on experience)
